I mean, people make health and fitness out to be this entirely unique, separate discipline to be pondered over and theorized about, but the bottom line is you have to practice and, as you said, ENGAGE to make it work at all. I think if everyone understood that this is the only step to take, obesity would drop like a rock within a year.
