At the time, I just performed 3 ...Sean, I get it! <br /><br />At the time, I just performed 3 sets of 3 with presses, Pull-ups, front squats, and then a set of 25 for swings. But that was way back then in 2011. My life is fairly an easy strength way of life now. I do simple things every day - lots of carries and loaded gait pattern work. The OS youtube page goes into this a lot. I also do simple bodyweight exercises (pushups and squats and pull-ups) every day. I'm more than thrilled with the results of shifting my mindset from traditional strength training.
