I didn't even know it was out.

And forgive me if I eluded that the 32kg is too light for me. It is not; I find it quite heavy. It will always be heavy to me. I think I'm just getting better at pressing heavy.

The taping Idea is size independent. I also tape to my 24kgs when I'm want to add weight to double presses or windmills without having to jump up 18lbs. I'll try to put pictures up on how I tape the bells soon.

Thanks again.

TimAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13962780511516784300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7275932506715342894.post-54472557011190561522008-09-18T15:50:00.000-07:002008-09-18T15:50:00.000-07:00Nice job on the presses! I've got quite aways before the 32kg is too light for me but fortunatley the taping idea is size independent.

And great job on the "Latitude" DD article .. the arm bar press is really nice!Franklinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12125367865221040103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7275932506715342894.post-22217962866307231312008-09-18T10:34:00.000-07:002008-09-18T10:34:00.000-07:00And that, everyone, was Hannah with an H. As you said though, you can't control the weather. And I've thought about it, I don't think hydration was my issue. I'm sticking with heat and humidity. ;)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13962780511516784300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7275932506715342894.post-9096779413397594782008-09-18T09:35:00.000-07:002008-09-18T09:35:00.000-07:00What do scientists claim re: humidity heat, and a...What do scientists claim re: humidity heat, and athletic capacity? If I plan to race (running) on a day when the h&h is high, should I train in like conditions? Neither 'am I a scientist, but I might posit your situation is dehydration since that's the one element in your control. The weather isn't problematic for me. I feel blessed considering our climate , after living in the West Indies and training when the monsoons came.

Thank You,
Hura Cainehannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03968328793568794552noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7275932506715342894.post-34415361224851930322008-09-17T07:38:00.000-07:002008-09-17T07:38:00.000-07:00Nice job on the presses!
