Level 2

Well, I did it. Went to MN and completed the RKC Level 2 Workshop. What an experience. I've never met such a great group of people. DragonDoor and Pavel are the best at presenting great, useful information. I truly beleive RKC is to movement what Harvard is to law school. There is no comparison with any other fitness program out there. If you really want to learn what kettlebells are all about, or you just simply want to learn how to move properly, you need to go to an RKC workshop or find an RKC instructor. You won't be disappointed.

I am pumped for you so that you are so passionate and excited about this whole field. Now you will have even more tools to help people get functional and healthy. Nice hat. I am hearing correctly that Mr. Pavel & DragonDoor spoke in greatness. In Minn was it?

I'm sooo diggin and swingin the the point that I LITERALLY hit (fast tap) the earthfloor with its body (the round part). Whtzup woodat? My spine is aligned.Continually posturized.
Neutralized. Mmmm What is perfect stance width, with swingin.

I always can never wait to work the bell. I am ownin it currently. Even thou myself and especially my eyes are tired and sting some.

Whoa! Nice, cool photo on your Web. Your bio is prettypumpin, too. Clients, galore.

Your RKC alignment:Harrvid. Niiiece As though, the Kb declared victory and sleighed the Dragon, Puff. Over its own construct and declared, via swingvote, the empirical Ivy Institutionalized, gyrations.Movement to live. BullsEye, brutha.

Sometimes I focus on the bell in the moment that I can't ponder much...else. I keep trying to figure that. I know now; How Quickly! It's new and righteous.
