And it's hot! Thankfully I do most of my own training in the morning before 7:00 am. I bet most of my clients wished they did their training earlier when it was cooler as well. Oh well, it's good to sweat. Right?
Anyway, my training is still going well, I think!

Great stuff! And no pain or injuries .. a cause for celebration!
Will you be attending the CK-FMS Cert this August? If so, I'm really looking forward to meeting you in person.
Hey Franklin,
Unfortunately I won't be able to attend the CK-FMS cert. I've got I-phase in 2 weeks and my wife seems to think that 3 certs a year is my limit... So, I have to wait! I know it will be a great time. Maybe we'll meet soon. I look forward to it.
hungry all the time....you are growing man!
Nice work!
Franz, I don't know if I'm growing. I think I'm just relaxing a bit. But it does feel good to eat.

I met 4 of the June 2007 Team Rif members, including me all passed RKC level 2.
Drew Freeman, Fred Kilian, Katie Hawbaker and our assistant instructor John Rock. I believe 20% or so didn't make it.
Taikei, Congratulations!!! I wish I could have been there with you guys. I know you had a great time.
